Information we collect

We may collect account, order, contact, shipping, support, institutional-role, and research-use acknowledgement information that you provide. Compliance records may include the policy version, date and time, session identifier, network metadata, and the acknowledgements selected.

Orders and payments

Ameritides does not intend to store full payment-card details. A configured payment provider will process payment information under its own privacy terms. We may retain order totals, status, provider reference, refund, chargeback, and fulfillment records.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential storage for research-gate acknowledgement, referral attribution, analytics session continuity, and cart continuity. We may use first-party analytics records, Google Analytics, PostHog, Google Search Console verification, and similar privacy-controlled tools to understand site performance, source attribution, research-gate flow, catalog navigation, checkout reliability, fraud/security signals, and platform reliability. Analytics are not used to provide medical, dosing, treatment, protocol, or personal-use guidance. We do not intentionally collect dosing, protocol, disease, treatment, or personal outcome details through analytics events.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, fulfillment, email, SMS, and customer-support providers solely to operate the platform. Access is limited according to operational need and provider agreements.

Consent and communications

Email and SMS preferences are tracked separately. Marketing messages require the applicable opt-in and suppression checks. You may request that eligible marketing communications stop using the instructions in the message or by contacting support.

Security and retention

We use access controls, server-side credentials, audit records, and reasonable technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained as needed for operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
