Qualified access

You must be at least 21 years old, act in a qualified professional, institutional, laboratory-purchasing, or research capacity, and complete the current research-use acknowledgement before accessing catalog, cart, or checkout functions.

Research-use restrictions

You agree not to use, market, resell, demonstrate, or describe catalog materials for human or animal consumption. You may not use Ameritides content to make medical, therapeutic, disease, dosing, administration, performance, or transformation claims.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account and order information, safeguarding credentials, institutional authorization, applicable law, and reviewing lot-specific documentation before laboratory use.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, compliance review, payment confirmation, and fulfillment eligibility. Prices and availability may change before order acceptance. An acknowledgement ID may be attached to each order.

Documentation and support

Ameritides may provide identity, lot, handling, and analytical documentation. Support content is not medical advice and does not include dosing or administration guidance.

Prohibited activity

• Unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized procurement.
• Attempts to bypass the research-use gate or acknowledgement tracking.
• Misrepresentation of products for human or animal use.
• Interference with platform security, payment, or fulfillment systems.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, materials and platform services are provided subject to product documentation and without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Final limitation-of-liability language requires legal approval.

Launch details requiring approval
